From 1 st November 2007 a new initiative to apply sanctions to Housing Benefit payments for anti-social behaviour will be piloted in the following 8 local authorities:
- Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council
- Blackpool Borough Council
- Dover District Council
- Manchester City Council
- New Forest District Council
- Newham London Borough Council
- South Gloucestershire Council
- Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council
